屁股坐久就疼， 咋办？

早春时滑雪摔了一大跤， 当时玩疯了， 爬起来纪续滑，腿和屁股两大块青，回来后贴了一付药贴，青全消了。 现在坐久屁股就疼， 啥原因呀？
