Breast Cancer: how to minimize risk
for yourself, your wife or your daughter
1) don't inherit it, dont pass it - too late for yourself, but if you have not finished your reproductive cycle, here are a few things to keep in mind, dont marry a jew (let the jews do their in-breeding, no need for you to dilute their good or bad genes). If you are the unlucky few who have BRCA mutation, there is now design baby IVF technology that can help you NOT to pass it down
2) live your ancestor's eastern way of life, avoid western life style as much as possible - if you understand what this means. No milk, no butter, no chocolate, no refined and processed foods. Foods should be from farm, not factory
3) no gene mutation by physical force - stay away from any radiation: radon, x-ray, superfund, nuclear facility, even mammography (controversial - be your own judge)
4) don't use hormones, but do have children, and do it early. Yes to breast feeding. No childless life
5) no gene mutation by man-made chemicals - don't befriend carcinogens, see a short list below(ii. Known chemical causes of breast cancer)
6) no bras, whenever possible. Study have shown significantly increased breast cancer risk for women who wear bras for long hours. Hot debate
7) no plastics - EEs (environmental estrogens) are nowadays found everywhere: plastics, drinking water, wal-mart merchandise, even that non-stick cooking pan in your kitchen. EEs cause and strongly promote breast cancer, so do everything you can to avoid EEs. Detailed list below (i.environmental estrogens / xenoestrogen /phytoestrogen from herbal "medicine")
8) no early maturation - when you are raising a girl, try let her mature slowly. Early pubity such as at age 9 or 10, is really not a good thing
9) no couch potatoes, no high fat - your body fat or your diet fat. The more fat, the more nasty chemicals you will accumulate
10) no smoking
11) no breasts, or change sex - being men significantly cut down breast cancer risk. I did not put this one here, but some statistician did. Note: men do get breast cancer, though rare
12) no cancer promoting life style - you need do your own study on this
13) no immune suppression - very important, please do your own study (or check back, as I am working on upcoming post 'Cancer - disease of the immune')
14) no toxic cosmetics: nail polish, lip stick, estrogen-rich skin-care products that make your skin super smooth
15) BRCA testing -> breastcancer-free design baby
