胆囊问题

差不多一年半左右，右上腹肋巴内涨涨的不舒服（discomfortable),有时有像针刺住痛。但都不持久。断断续续，不是每天都有。若右侧睡，会感到不适，右侧有pressure.

去年医生也没在意，今年体检时我又提起了这个不适，他建议我做了abdormal altrasound, and everything is normal, then he ordered "Nuclear Medicaine Hepatobiliary Scan" last week. The report shows:

Impression:

1) The common and cystic ducts are grossly patent

2) Possible biliary dyskinesia.  Gallbladder ejection fraction 6%

3) Normal hepatic uptake and excretion of radiotracer.

 

What does exactly mean?  He suggests to get my gallbladder removed.  Do I have to?  I did not eat much meat and fatty food. Also all the other tests(from annual exam)are "cannot be better than that" (my dortor's word).I did not feel much pain, but discomfortable and sometimes 胀胀的感觉。

请这里知道的朋友们给点建议和解释一下这个report.
