对不起,迟复为歉。

因为肠癌是吃出来的和座出来的,除了上班时间没有办法外,其余时间我一般不座在电脑前。

IPAD提供很多方便上网,但我一般趟在床上只看不回复,因为打字不方便。

长话短说,我的食疗是瞎胡闹,因为没有加入私人医疗保险,又在一个小城市,进医院检测要排队几个月,没有办法为了保命自己整出来的。 要点有三:

1) 不吃肉,2)吃半流食,3)喝生蔬果汁。

至于蔬果汁的原料,你看那些能防癌(比如芹菜,绿菜花),哪些能抗癌(比如,洋葱,生姜),哪些能保护你的内脏(比如,狗杞子,胡萝卜,芦荀),外加即可以调味又防癌的水果,(比如葡萄西瓜)。如果不加水果,味道像刷锅水一样难喝。

用可以做生果蔬的多功能豆浆机(九阳)把以上原料打成汁,如果想增加浓度,可以先用a Blender 搅拌一下,不然原料太多豆浆机头塞不进去。一次可以做1.5呏。要过滤,我以前菜汁和渣子一起喝,但会造成大便干结,因为肠胃吸收菜汁后,剩余的残渣很硬。菜渣可以和其他食物一起用,很好的纤维。

现做现喝不可能,因为我们是上班族,为了防止菜汁氧化,可以挤办个青柠檬(lime)汁进去,然后放入冰箱冷藏。争取一天内喝完。

现在我采用改良的BP疗法,所谓改良,就是用我的菜汁代替BP的果汁,一是果汁氧化太快,而是糖分太高。我刚试用一周,总体感觉和不如我的食疗法,主要是便秘,但BP毕竟是60年实践证明的。
