I had an open heart surgery last year. I was told other options (such as 微创手术) are not safe or realistic for this type of operation.

The surgery is very mature and of least risk. After the surgery my symptoms and numbers are all hugely increased.

I had the valve repaired. Yours might need to be replaced, depending on the severity of the leaking. The surgeon can only make that decision when he sees the heart.
