时常感觉有人要杀害自己，走在大街上感觉所有的人都在注意自己。

其本人拒不承认自己精神有问题，认为是更年期综合征，不原意去医院检查。

请明白人给分析一下，以上症状可能是抑郁症还是精神分裂症？
