请问小孩一感冒发烧就抽风是怎么回事？谢谢！

一亲戚的小孩不到三岁，但是每次一感冒发烧就抽风，最近一次比前几次都严重，很是担心，据说去医院检查也没查到什么原因。但终究应该是有原因的吧，为什么老是抽风呢？人在国内。希望哪位能分析一下或建议一下应该怎么避免或治疗。想到一次次的抽风对大脑的损害，我就心痛的不行，真心求教。非常感谢！
