保险帐单问题，恳求帮助

新的家庭医生是in-network, ，体检时做了血和尿， 现在保险公司只付 lab 一小部分，说Lab不是in-network, 自己要掏 $3000 多, 怎样处理这个问题？应该找家庭医生还是Lab? 医生事先也没告诉 Lab 不在network. 万分感谢！
