请教一个关于soft tissue sarcoma的问题，谢谢。

请教大家一个关于soft tissue sarcoma治疗的问题，不知道有没有人有这方向的临床经验。chemotherapy对soft tissue sarcoma是一个比较有效的治疗途径吗？或者说，能够提高overall survival吗？search了一下，这方面的publication比较少，貌似statistically insignificant。

有些case让我看得直发蒙：80多岁被诊断出stage IV STS，unresectable，病历记录拒绝一切chemotherapy，结果一口气活了64+ months，现在90多了，比接受chemotherapy的人还滋润。。。

这样的病人，简直就是医生的恶梦。
