question

50岁刚过，我常常吃了饭后，　觉得在上面堵着，　下的很慢。有时一天都不觉得饿，大家有类似的情况吗？我知道上了年纪大肠孺动慢是正常。但我的情况是有点太慢了。
大便是正常的。一天一次。
