请教：父亲腹部右下方，大概是肝胆处疼痛，是怎么回事？以前

有剧烈疼痛过2次，第一次是6，7年前吧，剧烈疼痛， 后去医院打了2针止痛才好。

第2次是1年前，疼痛后呕吐，之后好了。

有回国做过全身检查，没有怎么异常。

今天又痛了！

请教！
