Be careful though

When describing other physicians' work, using accusatory statements can be perceived as unprofressional. I guess it is OK to do it on this board?

As a specialist, I appreciate the work of family doctors, primary physicians, other specialists who help to make a diagnosis and premilinary treatment, and help to coordinate the patient care. It is a team work, especially in my field. Yours may be a little different, but it is still nice to be careful.
