A good case report?

恶心加呕吐，没有胃口: uremic symptom.

急性肾衰竭: a lot of people will recover from acute renal failure.

她的肾有长期的损害: what do you mean?  Does she have chronic renal failure or acute?  Or the common one is acute on chronic renal failure.

再过三个月验血，GFR几乎是到正常水平: most acute renal failure patient will recover in 3 months (90%), with the treatment, whatever Western or Chinese medication.  If she had taken Western medication, she might even recovered in 1 month.

她的血压都正常了: acute renal failure caused hypertension.  When renal function recovers, BP will normalize.

Conclusion: simple case report for a good outcome.  There are always underreported bad outcome.  It is called selection bias scientifically.
