最近看到两个帖子说美国男人会有50%的一生中罹患癌症，这是怎么算出来的？

其中一贴说是美国癌症协会承认的，但是我查的说法是现在美国一共有1140万左右癌症患者，包括已经治愈者，而美国的人口现在到了三亿左右，也就是说患癌症的只占总人口的百分之四。
