Neuroblastoma tumor 4-month boy - doctor & hospital info needed!

My friends' 4-month son has been determined to have developed the Neuroblastoma tumor, a amlignant cancerous and life-threating illness for the little boy, a heart-broken and devastating pain to my friends.

We need your help to SAVE the little boy!

Please provide any information related to the diagnosis and treatment plan, as well as any contact info on cancer center, hospital and doctors.
