For over a week, I could not sleep at all,wide awake even at 6AM; at the same time, I felt so hot, basicly covered only one thin sheet.I thought maybe it is menopause, but I am still having regular period. Asked couple colleagues, we basically agree that I enter into perimenopause.So I spent hours on internet, and find out that this would last for years.....
I remember that my aunt told me that her insomnia bother her over 10 years, she was a high school Maths teacher, and she and her doctors always assumed it was stress and depression. she actually took antidepressant.I do not want to take medicine, thinking about food and other alternative treatment.
Any tips?
