scare to death

i had FOBT done last week, it is all positive . is that means i have colon cancer? i had colonscopy two years ago, it come out all clear. the doc said i didn't need scopy in 7 years, and i had FOBT last november, it is negative.also i have no symptoms, no family history.

i am worry and confused
