我的乳腺B超诊断结果：
In the 9 oclock position, there is a mildly lobulated echo poor mass that appears somewhat ill defined along the left border. Two or three additional smaller masses are seen inferiorly or it may represent one large mass. Collectively it measures 1.4*0.7*1.1cm. No other solid or cystic mass is seen. No abnormal lymphadenopathy.
Impression:
Incidental finding of an echo poor mass in the 9 oclock position most likely representing a benign fibroadenoma, a six month sonographic follow up can be performed or an ultrasound guided core biopsy can also be considered.
