your health is in your hand

Some people complain about the medical system here if they were misdiagnosed or they could not find the right physician on time. the thing is: do you really pay attention to your health?

If you do, you should always check what happen to you, key in the signs and symptoms on internet, you can get a rough idea what's happened. so you go to see your doctor, you know what you should tell them, and what tests you should request. if you are in doubt of your doctor's diagnosis, go for second opinion. but do not over react.

you should go for a test if you:
1, lose over 5kg in a month without reasonable explainatin;
2, headache accompanied by neasea, vomitting; or vision problems; or unsteady gait; go for a CT scan.
3; numbness or weakness of limbs.
4; consistant cough, accompanied by low fever and no appetite.
5; irregular bowel movement, black stool or stool with blood stain, go for colonoscopy.
6; never ignore chest pain, especially the pain radiates to right shoulder, right liver area,or stomach area.
7, go for a bone density test and mammogram if you are over 50. do check your breasts regularly.
8; if you go pee frequently at night, do check your prostate if you are over 50, not for cancer but for the enlarged prostate.
