美国的药物过期后, 还能不能用一点时间?

美国的药物控制很严, 很多只有一年的有效期, 过了期后,病人很能做到一过就扔.
药物有很多种, 溶液, 药片, 油膏,哪种该严格"执行" 哪种可少许通融? 哪位知道?
