about knees 痛

请教一个问题，４０多岁的男子(1.83m,90kg)经常knees 痛，已有几年了。He often joked that he would have a pair of new knees replaced. 每天上下班骑自行车，单程约１２分钟左右，路程坡度较大。
１）还应骑自行车吗？
２）请推荐按摩穴位。
