MRI 能经常做吗？

一年前breast 查出良性肿块，医生要求每6month test with MRI ,
去年12 月做了一次MRI,一次 BSGI, 现在要求再做一次MRI, 算是6 month follow up,
这么频繁做会对人体有影响吗？很担心
