Pollen is a big issue for me. I used to have a miserable life from April until mid-June even though I took allergy medicine,even with the help of the spray and eye drop. This year after I had 20 or more bags of the Chinese medicine, I am living a normal life now. So I think at least this solution works for me.

I just took whatever I have in the medicine box. So far I had taken several types: 板兰根, 清热感冒冲级,感冒茶, they all seems to work for me.

Chinese medicine can do amazing thing sometime.
