Anyway, let me get to the point. Since I was told to avoid dairy product, I am thinking is it worth it for me to get a 豆浆机 so I can drink fresh organic soymilk everyday (and my family/son can use the machine too in the future)? Or is it just easier/cheaper to buy fresh organic one (from Japanese market) instead ($3.xx for 64 oz)?
Any recommendation on which soymilk machine to get? 九阳CTS-1048豆浆机--不锈钢免清洗全豆王(免清洗型)? Any recommended machine model that I can get from local Ranch 99 or Marina Sqaure (or online purchase) in CA Bay Area? Expensive?
There are many recommendations and model numbers online and I got a bit confused.
So what do I need with a 豆浆机? I go buy some organic soybean and then need to pre-soak it the day before, then put the bean and add water in the machine and it will make 豆浆 within 20 minutes every morning? Is it easy to clean and can I also add other nuts like Sesame/walnut/black beans etc in it as well? After it's done, the 豆浆 is warm? Or do I make a big batch and put it in the fridge (like the fresh soy drink that I can buy from Ranch 99)? Is it easier by using a machine?
Sorry for the dumb questions. I am just trying to see if anyone already using one so I can save time and just get the model number and asked someone to help me buy one (if it worth it). Thanks a lot!
