求教:幼儿哮喘

女儿三岁开始得的哮喘.现在八岁了.每年圣诞节前后,哮喘都会发作,通宵咳嗽不止.听说换个地方也许会有好处,为此今年圣诞节前接受了一个工作OFFER,举家从东部(NC)迁到PHOENIX.
PHOENIX冬天非常温暖，而且没有太多的花粉.但令人沮丧的是，女儿的哮喘又开始发作而且比以前还厉害．一会儿去看URGENT.
请问,难道哮喘是有时间性的吗?哪个洲更适合她?
