真实青天霹雳，我才四十多岁呀，从来没想到病会找到我，难道

昨天做了脑部MR，今天结果出来，医生说有超过正常数量的白斑，需要转到专家进一步确诊。请这里专家帮助看看：

multiple small nonenhancing white matter lesions include several pericallosal and periventricular lesions which are greater in number than expected for age. differential pssobilities include premature microangiopathy,demyelinating diseases ( MS versus ADEM ), vs migraine or vasculitis associated white matter lesions. Comparision with any available older studies versus MRI followup to assess for the long-term stability of these leisions may be helpful.
