为什么鱼露会致癌阿?

好像不是有致癌物资就会致癌的吧, 有因未必有果. 鱼露是发酵食物, 对人体的肠胃有非常好的促进作用.

而且中国得以流传数百年古老食物中间我从来没有发现有对身体有害的. 通常都是对人体些有好处的东西, 只是近年来很多厨师在那瞎整弄出来不少新菜到是害人不浅, 例如牡蛎臭豆腐, 冰镇苦瓜等等.
