1. reduce your goal, then reduce your pressure.
2. read some books that talk about people who suffer. You will find that you live in a peaceful and "wealthy" environment than those who was born in a war period. Hence, you would not feel bad for yourself.
3. not focus on you and your family. Look around. You will notice that many people have their own problems. So you won't worry too much!
4. slow down. If you have a lot of things to do, you have a tension on yourself. Step by step, not to push yourself too hard.
