I know someone do not eat non-organic tomato at all

about 7 years ago. he said those genetically-altered tomatos can cause cancer. his family has many people in medicine.

his business was at a difficult situation at that time. he'd rather eat one meal a day, but go for organic ones.

but a nutritionist i talked with from hospital said organic food are overrated. that's about 3 years ago. recently, another nutritionist promotes organic food.

i think this is a very politically controversial topic. it seems there are some people just do not want certain information goes to the public.

one more thing: partially hydrogenated oil are very harmful, too. Avoid.
