Chicken force feeding, not hormone

Chickens grow so fast are due to force feeding and crowded cage. No hormone or antibiotics are used, as claimed by the manufacture.

Poultry, including chicken, duck, and turkey, are better choices than beef and pork. Because most of these chemicals bind with fat, also eat more breast meat and get rid of skin or fat.

We have switched to soy milk year ago.
