多发性横纹肌溶解症求助
尊敬的各位医生朋友，
我的朋友的女儿得了如下病症，中国北京301医院医生建议他们中断治疗。请问各位有什么好的建议， 在美国是否有更好的治疗方案。非常感谢！

年龄：18岁
病历：四月初800米跑后发现腿开始肿胀，到五一左右手脚脸都开始水肿，化验肌酶3000u/L多，经过五月份球蛋白和激素（强的松）治疗，病情好转，肌酶降到400以下，肌红蛋白84。出院一周后，出现反复，肌酶1500U/L多，肌红蛋白400多。诊断证明：经北京301医院肌肉活检诊断为多发性肌炎伴横纹肌溶解。治疗情况：目前治疗两个多月，肌酶430，肌红蛋白150多，四肢仍无力气，不会自己翻身。用药情况：现口服醋酸泼尼片45mg,硫唑嘌呤片（葛兰素-uk）50mg,Q10辅酶，输液ATP和保肝各500ml,另葡萄糖盐水2000ml.

Case history: at the beginning of April 2009, Miss H has found her legs began to swell after her 800 meters running. By May 1, 2009, her left and right hands and feet began to have edema. Her test creatase is over 3000u/L. With one month globin and hormone (Prednisone) treatment in May, she is improved and feeling better. The creatase is reduced under 400u/L and myoglobin is 84u/L. But one week after her left hospital, it has recurring problem. The creatase is over 1500u/L and the myoglobin is over 400u/L.
Certificate of diagnosis: After muscle biopsy, it has been diagnosed multiple myositis combined with rhabdomyolysis by Beijing 301 Hospital.
Treatment situation: Currently, the treatment has lasted more than two months, her creatase is 430u/L and myoglobin is over 150u/L. Her limbs are still limply and she can’t turn over by herself.
Conditions of drug utilization: At present, she has taken 45mg Prednisone Acetate tablets orally, 50mg Azathioprine tablet (Glaxo-uk), Q10 coenzyme, transfusion of 500ml ATP and 500ml hepatic protection, and 2000ml additional glucose saline.
