Tiny 4mm hypervascular focus in the posterior segment of the right lobe of the liver on the arterial phase becomes isodense to the liver on all other phases. Reminder of the liver deomentrates homogenous enhancement. The fatty infiltration seen on ultrasound is not appreciated on CT. No additional hypervasculaar foci or focal area of contrast washout. No intrahepatic biliary dilatation. Heptic vessels are patent.
Impression:
1. no acute finindings in the abdomen.
2. Tiny hypervascualr focus in the the posterior segment of the right lobe of the liver, most like representing a small vascular shunt or a tiny flash filling hemangioma. Very ealy neoplasm is much less likely.
