please help!

I did bilateral knee x-ray exam on December, 2008. but today, the doctor just
sent me the report. I don't understand what's the problem?
please doctors here help for the following report from the doctor's office.

Findings: no effusion, fracture or subluxation is noted. 6 mm bilateral anterior/superior patellar enthesophytes are
noted at the quadriceps tendon insertion. there is narrowing of bilateral patellofemoral compartments.

Impression: prominent bilateral anterior/superior patellar spurring. mild to moderate narrowing of bilateral patellofemoral joint compartments.
