Sinus Infection during Pragnancy

Are there any moms had sinus problems during pragnancy? i have been using Nasonex to control the cold and sinus problem, and 14 weeks pragnant.
My OB said Nasonex is a saft product to use during pregnancy, but I have read some articles on the internet, telling me that this will cause problems for baby. I am very frustrated, and need help!!
