作年检

作年检,有两部分，
一部分是内科医生，除了血尿便常规检查，开了Mammography；
另一部分妇科，妇科医生也开了Mammography，都在同一个医
院做，但是有一个区别，
内科医生开的:
Digital Screening Mammogram without CAD(computer Aided DEetection),Routine
Yearly Evaluation;
妇科医生开的:
Digital Screening Mammogram with Computer Aided Detection(CAD)
问题:
1。只能做一个吧?
2。做哪个呢?是不是作得内容都一样，只是CAD 可以在一些技术指标上帮助医生
判断?
3。如果是这样，那么CAD会不会影响医生的主观判断?
哪位可以帮忙说说是怎么回事吗，谢谢!
