坏孕了,查血有几项低,还有一个高,,怎样才能补补呢?要紧吗?

RBC 3.29 LOW 正常3.8-5.1x10E6/ul
HEMOGLOBIN 11.4 LOW 正常11.5-15.0G/DL
HEMATOCRIT 31.8 LOW 正常34.0-44.0%
MCH 34.7 HIGH 正常27.0-34PG

我的MCH总是高点,血红素总低为啥呢?

还有就是我正在吃医生给来的孕妇维生素DUET DHA EC,我还要再单加钙片吗?

我吃的DUET成份如下:

* Copper (cupric oxide) 2 mg

Each frosted golden-colored oval enteric-coated DHA softgel
capsule* contains:

* 430 mg purified omega-3 fatty acids including:
At least 295 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid); also contains
