急问：小孩红屁股

小子8岁，肛门周围红肿喊痛。 我们开始没太在意， 一两天后看见皮肤不仅有些溃烂的样子， 红肿周围的皮肤还发了几个大大的疹子一样的包包。就去看了医生。 医生怀疑是蛲虫搔痒引起的感染， 给开了clotrimazole/hydrocort 1% cream 药膏， 说一天两次， 一个星期没好就再去看。现在搽了三次， 觉得虽然疹子上的水疱开始收了，红肿范围明显扩大了更多，每一边的红肿都有他小半个巴掌大了， 溃烂的范围也大了。小孩子虽然还是欢蹦乱跳， 但是坐得小心翼翼， 游泳课也不愿意上了。

小孩受罪， 大人就急。 家庭诊所星期一才上班。就想问一下，现在能不能给小孩吃抗生素？用得着搞周末急诊吗？ 诚恳致谢！
