urine pH - yes, you can change your urine color, odor, and pH with your diet, but that has nothing to do with your body pH - cellular, interstitial fluid or blood.

If you think you can do the same with your blood pH, you are a complete idiot, just like the person whoever invented the idea of this "酸性体质" quackery.

blood pH - The normal pH of the body (blood) is 7.35 to 7.45. Exceptions -
if you just ran a marathon, the accumulation of large amount lactate may cause your body pH to go slightly acidic, but no worry, your body can regain the balance quickly assuming you are healthy;

if you have kidney failure or suffering from metabolic acidosis, you can go through dialysis to stay alive, or die.
