我也可能有坐骨神经痛的问题，从左hip延坐骨神经走向一直
到脚外侧面麻痛，特别是疲劳，紧张，焦虑时明显，某些坐姿更
难受。最近半年的一次MRI结论是：
。。。
there is mild disc bulge and mild facet denenerative change at L3-L4,L4-L5...

Impression :mild degenerative disc disease and facet
arthropathy from L2-L3 to L4-L5.

有没有朋友知道这算不算是骨质增生引起的坐骨神经痛？还是
中医说的胆经不通
