家有严重皮肤过敏的孩子该怎么办？

儿子九岁多，两岁起有轻微的孝喘，后来皮肤过敏，氧起来会抓破流血。看过很多医生，皮肤科的专科也看过很多个，过敏测试也做过，说是对南美的某种橡胶过敏。不过我不太相信，因为周围几乎找不到相应的过敏源。

用过的药膏多得不计其数，中国的，美国的，处方的非处方的都用过，就是没有办法治断根。针灸也试过，中药也吃过，西药更是多得数不清。孩子的饮食也很注意。

去年用了一阵国内的某种药膏，非常见效，头天晚上抹在带血的伤口上，第二天早上伤口就愈合了。原以为找到奇药了，可是最近才知道这是毒药，生产厂家宣称是天然产品制成的，实际却加了非常多的不该加的东西，会对孩子身体造成极坏的影响。

药停了，儿子身上晚上睡梦里新抓破的伤口却不知道如何对付。

各位可有好的法子推荐？
