我父亲可能患了癌症,惶恐不安中

父亲来探亲,在没有任何症状的时候,我上周带他去体检,照了X光,然后就没有好消息了,先是说怀疑有肺癌须再照侧面的,然后要验血,CREATININE,为做CT做准备.我也理解医生需要更多的检测才能确定是什么病,但是我已经被吓倒了,并且父亲不是这里的公民,什么都要花钱,我们又要上班总是要从单位急急忙忙跑出来.

There is a 8.0 x 9.5 x 10.0 cm mass of the left lower lobe, which is suspicious for a bronchogenic carcinoma. There is some volume loss associated, as seen by posterior displacement of the major fissure and caudal displacement of the left main bronchus.

Differential diagnosis would include a middle mediastinal mass, but this would be less likely.

Further evaluation with chest CT scan is highly recommended.

No active pleural or parenchymal abnormality of the right lung.

Mild calcifications of the thoracic aorta.

The mediastinum is otherwise within normal limits.

要等下星期医院给我打电话约去做CT,等的时间很惶恐不安.爸爸以前抽烟很厉害,于10年前彻底戒掉. 得肝癌的可能性还是很大吧. 真的好担心.
