怀孕早期能吃蜂蜜吗？

小妹怀孕第２个月，呕吐得厉害，连水都吐，还便秘。我想让她喝点蜂蜜水－－既增加营养且帮助排便。

记得在什么地方看过怀孕早期不能吃蜂蜜。不知是否是我记错了。

她这种情况各位有什么好建议吗？
