about spontaneous recoverment among diabetic elders

I dont know anything about YU-Quan-Wan so I dont say anything against that it may treat diabetes. If there is so good medicine, I wonder how the datas look like among relatively younger people. Might gain the first nobel prize for China if it is a good medicine. Truly not sarcastics here.
On the other hand, it is Very common phenomen that elders spontaneously get over diabetes (type 2). Many of them eat less, get down in their weight, so their own isle cells which are left can be enough. THose who requires insulin take halv dosage or even no need at all.
