请问，我昨天被送到医院的emergency，要收我3000的费用，如果不付可以吗？

去了下医院，要3000块，如果我不付这个钱的话会怎么样呢？他们拿了我的社安号，我的信用会不会降低？？？请问有没有人有过这样的经验？谢谢！
