爸爸被确诊为肺癌！在美国可以买到什么药？

爸爸被确诊为肺癌，是中心性腺癌，并且已经扩散至胸部和淋巴结。
据说如果采用化疗身体免疫力很快就被破坏掉，现在打算采用保守治疗，不想用化疗的方法。

不知道采用哪种治疗方案更好。美国又没有更好的抗癌的药物？我怎么可以买到？

可怜的爸爸，一直希望自己能多活几年，可是现实就是这样残酷！！

求大家给信息，那些药品可以买到？很是着急！
