Co enzyme Q 10 is the medication for supplement of statin group lower cholesterol medication
because those group medication inhibit the enzyme to produce cholesterol, but at same time inhibit the Co enzyme Q10, if Co enzyme Q10 low, will induce the damage of skeletal muscle ( sometimes, patients will get mucle pain )
no problems for Co enzyme, if you are healthy, you still can take it, it is also a kind of protection agent for heart cells.
