放了三个支架: Are these three stents in 3 vessels or in different areas of a single vessel? Since you said 同一血管堵塞引起病情发作, it seems to be 3 stents in a single vessel. Three main vessels are LAD, RCA and Circumflex.

Congestive heart failure (CHF) is very 可怕. She currently has pulmonary congestion or edema. She needs to be on diuretics and other heart medicines including Aldactone, Laxis or Demadex, ACE Inhibitor such as Vasotec, or even beta blocker. If it is systolic dysfunction, digoxin can be added. She needs to have a cardiac doppler done to estimate cardiac function including ejection fraction.

CABG only works when big vessles are occluded. If all the terminal branches are blocked, CABG doesn't not help much.
