Yes, it is ductal carcinoma in situ, a very early breast cancer not infiltrating through the ductal base membrane. You must had a breast core biopsy or incisional biopsy because it is a pathological diagnosis.
If this is the only tumor, it is considered cured. No medicine to treat it. You do need follow up mammogram to make sure no recurrence AND make sure no other microcalcifications/breast mass, etc.
