腰锥键盘突出者的SOS!

我1994年时腰曾因为重压受过伤，但那时年轻很快就好了。 三个月前打了一次篮球，急跑中弯腰救球，突然感到腰疼。那时估计扭伤也没在意，估计过几天就好，可是发觉越来越严重，做了 MRI发现L4-L5的锥间盘突出5－6MM. 口服过一个疗程的唐皮质激素， 没有效果。上个周5医生给我打了封闭(SHOT),现在感觉腰部是腰好点， 可是腿上疼痛好像没有改善。

我在考虑做手术了，不过我是担心有何后遗症。听我的一个朋友说， 她的一个同事做了手术连一袋米都不能抗了。请有过腰疼经历或专家的朋友给我一些建议！ 谢谢！null
