感谢xycheese网友在回帖中推荐黑籽油，希望用过的朋友能介绍切身体验

按照网上所说，这个东西除了降糖外还可以降血压，降血脂，抗炎，甚至抗癌等，而且是有科学论文依据的。

用量不过多的话没有严重的副作用，但是可能与某些处方药有冲突。

已经推荐给一些需要的朋友了。

希望xycheese 和其他用过的网友分享更具体的经验。
